End User License Agreement

Effective August 12, 2026

This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs use of MAGZ Expenses. By accessing or using the service, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Authorized use

MAGZ Expenses is provided for authorized company personnel to submit, review, and manage legitimate business expense records. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service only for that purpose and in accordance with company policies.

Your responsibilities

You must provide complete and accurate expense information, upload only receipts and files you are authorized to submit, protect your PIN and account access, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You may not attempt to bypass security, disrupt the service, access another person’s records without authorization, introduce malicious code, or use the service unlawfully.

QuickBooks Online connection

An authorized administrator may connect MAGZ Expenses to QuickBooks Online to retrieve customer job names. QuickBooks Online is a third-party service governed by Intuit’s own terms and policies. Administrators are responsible for having authority to connect the selected QuickBooks company.

Company records

Information submitted through MAGZ Expenses may become part of the company’s accounting and business records. Submission through the service does not by itself guarantee reimbursement, approval, or payment. Company expense and reimbursement policies continue to apply.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued, and access may be revoked when employment or authorization ends. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MAGZ Expenses and the company operating it will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Termination

This license ends automatically when you are no longer authorized to use MAGZ Expenses or when you violate this Agreement. Provisions concerning company records, limitations of liability, and applicable legal obligations survive termination where appropriate.
